Are knockoff golf clubs just as good as the real things?

If 3 golf clubs are all 21 degree, (ex. Callaway 7wood, 3hybrid and 3iron) what difference does it make?
I bought a 3 hybrid, and was wondering if I would have any need at all for my 3 iron or 7 wood, which all 3 are 21 degree. Callaway X-22 Vs Taylor Made Tour Burner Irons?
Hi. Could you help me choose between these two. Additional things you might need to know are:
Handicap: 10
Driver distance: 260 yards
Pitching distance: 135 yards
I have a relatively smooth swing
Only using 5-SW

Whats the difference between the callaway x forged irons and the taylormade rac mb irons.?
Thinking about looking at buying a set of forged clubs and was looking a both of these sets and i see that the callaways have a small cavity back to them for forgiveness and the taylormades have better feel to them if i get the x forged i will be gettting the rife 6.0 shafts in them.
